Industrial Grade Small Capacity Digital Torque Wrench with Optional Bluetooth® Module
Tohnichi’s smallest digital torque wrench, with 2 models covering torque range 0.5 - 5Nm or 1 - 10Nm.
With the ability to monitor torque and angle, CES/CES-G prevents the outflow of defective screw-tightening products.
Detection of abnormal tightening: By monitoring torque and angle, abnormal tightening caused by “galling”, “missing part”, “double tightening”, “O-ring stuck” can be detected. Thus defective products can be prevented.
Data transmission/receiving function: Memory data can be outputted via USB. Free Tohnichi Software “DtRcv (data receiver)” enables data management in Excel(R).
By installing an optional Bluetooth module, tightening and inspection data can be transmitted wirelessly to a PC.
Add Tohnichi's TDMS Software Package (sold separately) to simplify setup and provide a solution for collecting torque data for assembly work or quality inspection routes.
